The Duracell 2 AMP Battery Maintainer is part of a family of ultra-compact, light weight and modern power inverters and chargers from Battery-Biz Inc. The Duracell line of Battery Chargers features rapid charge technology for faster, more accurate charging, and do not require installation or set up. The simple plug-and-charge solution makes these chargers ideal for extending and recharging all types of 12-volt lead acid batteries. The three stage charging process ensures the battery is always fully charged, but never overcharged.

Duracell Battery Chargers utilize a microprocessor-controlled three-stage charging method which significantly extends the battery life. Multistage charging ensures that batteries receive optimum charging with minimal wear and tear by regulating the voltage and current delivered to the batteries in three automatic stages: Bulk, Absorption and Float. The bulk charging stage replaces 70-80% of the battery's state of charge at the fastest possible rate. Jumpstarting Your Car

In the event of a dead or severely drained battery the Energizer Jumpstart 200 allows you to get back on the road in minutes by simply following three color-coated steps numbered on the outside of the unit. It's as easy as 1: assuring that the unit has a sufficient charge by pressing the CHECK button; 2: attaching the color-coded positively and negatively charged 18" power output jumper cables, via their heavy-duty 200A plastic battery clamps, to the appropriate positively charged post on your car's dead battery and a ground position on your engine block; 3: turning the power switch located in the clearly marked JUMP section of the controls from OFF to JUMP, and starting the car with the dead battery. When your vehicle starts and has run at an idle for a few minutes remove the Jumpstart 200's cables in the reverse order they were connected, turn off the unit and you are ready to roll.
